It's not easy being green, It seems you blend in with so many other ordinary things, And people tend to pass you over, 'Cause you're not standing out,=-=-=-=-=-=-=
He was home.
It’s been a thousand years and Twilight Town hasn’t changed a bit. That beautiful sunset and this nostalgic clean air remained the same. The memories here though were less than pleasant, Afanasi remembered when he was made fun of by a lot of kids because of his hair color and his parents rejected him because he was different. Oh well, they were all gone now, all of them were reduced to dust. The man outlived their lifespan and almost erased the reputation of Gorveschev mercenary family off of the surface of the underground crime world. Then… there was no purpose of him being here, right?
Afanasi questioned the purpose of him being here. He knew that he had much better things to do with the few days of vacation that he was given than wandering around his old home world recollecting old memories that were less than pleasant in the familiar streets of Twilight Town. An unknown force dragged him here, caused him to turn his attention to this old town and mysteriously dragged him off the course of his journey back to Disney Town. Whatever, he might as well take in the sights before leaving; there was nothing wrong with coming here for a quick visit.
Even at late noon, the streets of the Twilight Town looked busy as usual. There were crowds of locals and travelers around the square, but strangely they were all gathered in one spot like a colony of bees. Afanasi joined the crowd to watch what exactly was going on and what did he see? A ridiculous sight of kids just hitting each other with blue plastic-looking makeshift toy swords, but they were really going at it. Crowds were cheering for the fight, but it’s not like they were fighting for real.
“Incredible, they make themselves look ridiculous.” Afanasi thought, “Kids these days….”
Seeing that he wasted a couple of seconds of his life watching kids go at it and hitting each other with toy swords made him shake his head before walking off towards the market district. Afanasi had been feeling a little tired lately because of the boredom. He had been getting fewer assignments; most of them were intelligence gathering instead of assassinations. As much as he hated it, Afanasi always took on any assignment that his higher-ups gave him and executed it without any question; however, they soon will be under his feet and he’ll be pulling all the strings around them, and then slowly lead to Disney town into ruin.
The process was taking longer than he had expected, by now he’d be getting assignments from the king himself if he executed all these assignments efficiently without any failures despite all the rewards that he had received from him personally. Frustrated, Afanasi bought himself a cup of hot coffee to relieve him of his tiredness and vexation that he was feeling, but just as he was drinking SOMEONE had to bump onto his back and make him spill his coffee all over the ground (Thankfully, not on his suit or else he'd be very angry). Letting his anger out here was a bad idea, so he suppressed it and turned to the person behind him with a kind smile, “My, are you alright? You should watch where you are going or else you are gonna get hurt.”

Olette sighed. She really didn’t want to work today. I mean, what was the point? All the towns’ people would be watching the struggle, so why would they come to a coffee shop? She felt bad that she wouldn’t be there to support her two friends who were participating, but they seemed to understand when she said her Aunt needed her to work today. She scrubbed the counter numerous times while hearing the crowd in the distance cheering the competitors. Despite her friend’s forgiveness, she couldn’t help but think that she should have found a way out of work to be there. She went to the back to get a mop, noticing all the scuff marks on the floor. Not watching where she was going, she backed into what seemed to be another person. Hearing a cry of frustration, she turned around to notice that the person’s coffee was all over the ground now. “I’m so sorry!” she started to frantically apologize. But to her surprise, the person was smiling. Although his smile seemed kind, it had a bit of an evil look to it as well. Usually if she had made someone spill their coffee, she would expect them to either yell at her, or complain to her Aunt, the owner of the shop. After hearing the man’s reply, she felt a mix of fear and confusion. Did he mean that if she didn’t watch herself next time that he would hurt her? She felt the color slowly drain from her after hearing his possible threat, but simply nodded her head to reassure that she was all right. In an attempt to avoid eye contact any longer, she grabbed a rag and proceeded to wipe up the hot liquid that she had knocked out of his hand. “I’ll get you another cup if you would like…” she said very quietly. For some reason she felt very intimidated by his gaze, that she didn’t look up from the tiled floor.

The girl in front of him frantically apologized. Normally, if this was more of a secluded area he would’ve slit the girl’s throat for spilling his coffee all over the ground. There were a few things in life that Afanasi liked, and one of them happened to be coffee with cookies. His acting was so well-played out that he may seem just like an ordinary man just going about in his daily business to this girl. The man in black coat shook his head, keeping this kind, modest smile on his face with no flaws attached. Afanasi has been doing this for years; acting was just one of his talents.
“Oh no, it’s quite alright young lady.” He replied, “As long as you aren’t hurt, then all is well. After all, it’s just a cup of coffee.”
Eventually, the girl avoided her eye-contact with him. Afanasi tilted his head; did he really look that stressed out today? The girl proceeded to wiping off the coffee that stained on the white tiled floor, but like an acting gentleman that he is the male wasn’t going to let this girl do all the work. He didn’t want to look suspicious to anyone, because if he did and there was a flaw in his plans this girl could exploit it if they happened to be ‘friends’ later on. Suspicion was hurtful in the long run; therefore, Afanasi had to look as perfect gentleman as possible.
The man took out a white handkerchief and helped her wipe off the coffee that she knocked out of his hand because of her clumsiness. He folded it and placed it inside his coat. “I really should’ve looked around my surroundings.” Afanasi said as he took off his hat in apology, “I whole heartedly apologize, please forgive me young lady.”
“I’ll get you another cup if you would like….”
Was she REALLY considering buying him another cup of coffee? From the sound of her voice she seemed to be rather intimidated by his presence. That won’t do at all. Afanasi slowly put his brim hat back on top of his green hair, “Like I said before it’s fine, let us not make such big deal out of such small things.” He replied. Quite frankly, he could see his day just going down south pretty quickly; first of all, he stopped by in Twilight town without a reason, second, some random annoying girl HAD to spill his coffee all over the ground and third, he had to keep all his irritation and anger kept under control while he was around the place.
Once more he went over to buy another cup of coffee, hoping that this girl would just go away right now. Afanasi slowly sipped on the coffee, this time looking more alertly around his surroundings so that there weren’t any random girls or boys just knocking into him to make his coffee go flying off onto the ground again. Now that the coast was clear he figured that he could enjoy the hot drink without having to worry about any distractions until SOMEONE else bumped into him, only to send his coffee flying. Yes, today just wasn’t his day, “Oya, are you okay?”

She had missed this place. Missed it a lot.
Xion walked around Twilight Town, taking in everything around her with nostalgic blue eyes. The buildings, the streets, the people that roamed the town, the sky, the eternal sunset...and lastly, the clock tower. She missed going up there to have ice cream with her friends -but she figured that, if she invited them to do it again, they'd probably not know who she was. The idea continued to bother her.
She made her way toward the clock tower with the idea of going to sit up there alone, just with herself. It was sure to be depressing, but oh well...the point was having a bit of fun, even if she was on her own, right?
Xion let out a small sigh as she pondered if she should buy herself some ice cream or not, when she caught sight of a young girl who'd bumped into a strange man and made him spill his coffee accidentally. She tensed, wondering what would the man do. If he snapped badly, she could pretty much drive him away with her Keyblade, but that would only bring the heartless. Oh dear. That was going to be bad...
Although it appeared that he hadn't snapped yet, so she figured there was no problem. She resumed her walking and at some point, she managed to get so lost in her thoughts that she bumped into the same guy. Oops.

Naminé had chosen a bad day to leave her white room and go explore.
Today was the day of the Struggle Tournament, and no matter where you go, you could hear the people shouting and cheering on the contestants to beat the snot out of each other. She had even been curious enough to take a peek at the fighting herself, but she wasn't very impressed. There had been some sort of high expectation like a bunch of more... mature people fighting, but instead it seemed as though it was a bunch of teens, doing this to either get back at someone they don't like, or were just doing it for their own reputation. Naminé was far from entertained, so she decided to find some place where the noise wasn't so crazy.
She found herself in a coffee shop, where it seemed to be even more chaotic than at the Struggle Tournament. First the girl she recognized as Olette bumped into a man, who spilled his coffee all over the floor. Naminé silently gauged his reaction from her seat near the window, finding it odd that he didn't yell or anything for his money being wasted. Didn't people normally yell when they spilled their coffee? Coffee these days was very important to the Average Joe. Naminé watched as Olette nervously cleaned up the mess, and the all-too-kind man went back to order another cup of coffee. He lasted longer this time, up until a raven haired girl bumped into him, and again the coffee spilled onto the floor.
Though Naminé had sympathy for the man, she couldn't help but find the situation a bit humorous. She looked away from the scene for a moment so that she wouldn't laugh or smile, and recollected her thoughts. Finally she stood, going to take the mop that had been abandoned and cleaned the mess as best she could. Naminé glanced at the man for a moment, before she grabbed her coffee that hadn't even been touched yet.
"Here," she said, giving him no room to decline as she forced the coffee on him, "I wasn't going to drink it, anyway."
It took her a few moments to realize that she had been watching for his reaction again, and she gently put the mop back down in its place before returning to her seat. Confrontation was never her thing. Naminé sat with her hands folded in her lap, glancing out the window as fireworks were shot into the sky, signaling the near end of the tournament. As soon as the tournament was over, she was leaving and going back to the solitude of her white room. [/blockquote]
