Xigbar
Stats
Nicknames: The Freeshooter, Xiggy
Age: ~late thirties.
Gender: Male
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual
Alignment: Organization XIII
World: Radiant Garden/ The World That Never Was
In Battle
Weapon: Twin Arrowguns
Fighting Style: Xigbar fights on instinct, hell, just about everything he does is on instinct. In battle, this makes him extremely unpredictable, and combined with his powers, you know you're in for a tough fight. To start, Xigbar is an expert marksman, since before he became a nobody he was fighting with his Arrowguns, and can boast to being one of the only members to have fought at least four of the recent keybearers. He can combine his guns into a sniper rifle or use them separately, but either way he never pulls the trigger unless he's sure he can hit the target.
His second asset, the magic he uses controls gravity and space. Through it he can warp nearly anywhere, walk in the air, hang upside down from nowhere, and even alter battlefields. Combined with his physical prowess, Xigbar's magic makes him an agile, unpredictable, and sporadic fighter. He can fire a stream of bullets at you from one point, and before they've even made contact he will be somewhere else firing more.
His final tactic is more about demoralizing the opponent, mocking them and calling them out constantly while in battle. He likes to run his mouth, no matter what he's doing at the time.
Abilities: |Gravira| - rarely used considering his numerous other abilities
|Warp| - Xigbar's basic warping ability that allows him to teleport from one spot to another.
|Flash Warp| - A specific use of warp where Xigbar will repeatedly warp 5~10 times in quick succession, attacking the enemy from nearly every angle. Less used as it can be disorienting for him and draws on more of his energy.
|Critical Snipe| - Xigbar combines his guns to create a rifle. The bullets become larger, faster, and more powerful.
|Battlefield Warp| - Sometimes Xigbar can prepare an area in advance, allowing him to warp the space into whatever form he wants. It requires at least a day of preparation though.
|Snipers| - Xigbar controls the Sniper battalion of nobodies, a group of archer-like nobodies with limited warping and gravity control while also armed with single arrowguns.
Weakness:
|Reloading| Xigbar's main combat weakness is his need to reload. While his guns have decently sized clips he still has to pause to reload. Because he generally doesn't plan ahead, this can mean he will stop anywhere, even right next to his opponent to reload.
|Reflection| His second weakness is that his bullets can be reflected back at him if the opponent has fast enough reflexes. Sometimes the person can take brief advantage of Xigbar's own powers, appearing in the air to knock back his arrows.
|Depth Perception| Xigbar lacks depth perception. While it doesn't matter too much when he's shooting at you, it means he isn't much for melee, and can lead to some unusual predicaments.
|Attitude| Xigbar has a habit of underestimating his opponents, though this may be an act. He is confident and cocky, always going into a fight assuming he's going win it.
Inside Their Mind
Personality: The Freeshooter was recently voted Most Sarcastic and Most Likely to Infuriate the Keybearers. He is laid back and relaxed, never to concerned or worried with what's going on, even when the castle is coming down around him. During the Organization's first run for Kingdom Hearts he didn't care that Sora was getting rid of other members, going so far as to say he enjoyed that the castle was getting quieter. Instead he is commonly heard spouting wise cracks about everyone, coming up with nicknames for his fellow nobodies, and attempting to go on more and more assignments. While he may not be the only sarcastic or comedic member of the Nobodies, the others seem to know when to be serious, in contrast, Xigbar will remain a smartass unto his demise.
Xigbar's mind works on instinct, not just in battle but in any decision he makes. He doesn't plan ahead, he just goes with his gut feeling, whether that means following a lead or attacking a world, if it seems right to him, he does it. Because of this he is highly unpredictable. Even the other members of the Organization have trouble keeping up with him, and often lose track of him after he's made a sudden decision.
Xigbar has a habit of eavesdropping, and because of his power, he's damn good at it. He knows just about every dirty secret that exists within the Organization, and because of his high rank, Xigbar can be considered a wealth of knowledge on anything Organization XIII related. When no one knows where Xigbar is, he's probably spying on someone. Nothing gets past Number II, and if he wants to know something he'll know it, one way or another.
The Freeshooter takes a preference to field work, liking to be in the heat of battle and out on the job. Despite his postion as No. II he leaves the administration work to Xemnas and Siax. Despite this he still has sway within the group, partially due to his history and role in Xemnas's "birth".
History: Xigbar, like all nobodies, didn't start out as Xigbar. Originally he was known as Braig, one of the apprentices under Ansem the Wise, and a lead guard at the castle in Radiant Garden. Even then though he was cocky, and prone to wicked deeds when he assisted the Keyblade Master, Master Xehanort, in the corruption of Terra. Agreeing to fight Terra and draw out his darkness under the promise of power, Braig was defeated by the keybearer, losing his eye and receiving a permanent scar on his face in the process.
Soon after Braig would give himself to the darkness, further assisting Master Xehanort by distracting Aqua and Ventus long enough for the Master to take over Terra's body. After these events at the Keyblade Graveyard, Braig returned to Radiant Garden under Ansem, and was the one that discovered Xehanort in Terra's body. Realizing the plan had worked, he convinced Ansem to take Xehanort as a student, and eventually they began working on uncovering the mysteries of Darkness and the heartless.
Eventually Ansem discovered the twisted experiments of his students and attempted to stop them, but was banished to the Realm of Darkness. Xehanort took up his name and the Six would continue their research. Their work would literally consume them, turning them all into heartless. Their strong hearts led to the creation of Nobodies, and Xigbar and the rest of the Organization were born.
Stuck with all their memories, but no hearts, they set out to regain what they had lost, also recruiting other nobodies to their cause. Before the rise of Sora, Xigbar's main duties were gathering more members and keeping heartless populations in check. When Roxas joined the group Xigbar's mainly went through the worlds keeping tabs on heartless and the nobody keybearer. During the No. i fiasco Xigbar saw the replica as Ventus, the young keybearer he long ago mocked, noting Roxas and Sora as having the same angry look.
During the Seige of Castle Oblivion Xigbar was helping to deal with the Replica Xion and Roxas's betrayal. Though he was beaten by both, he claims he just has bad luck with keyblades. After Sora woke up, he continued to run around different worlds, stirring up trouble and summoning powerful heartless for Sora do defeat. He was the first to appear before Sora at Radiant Garden, mocking him for not who Roxas was, and calling him out as a poor hero. Later he would cause trouble in the Land of Dragons, summoning a massive dragon Heartless.
Finally he would fight with Sora in the Castle That Never Was, lamenting at the trouble Sora was causing before again being defeated, this time, permanently.
But apparently permanently isn't as permanent as some have been led to believe.

"Waste of my time."
A man without a plan. More of a nobody, but that's just semantics. A smoking body now lay at his feet, a look of fear still on the deceased's face, an arrow protruding from his chest. The fight had been short, if one could even call it a fight, and this guard was no match for the man that now stepped over him. Seconds later the arrow flashed and disappeared, as did the twin arrowguns wielded by the figure. Wrapping his gloved hand around the door's handle he pulled, only to be met with a thump as the latch on the door stuck. He grabbed it with both hands, and pulled again. When it didn't open he began yanking at it, huffing and puffing in frustration. Still the door did not yield. Still the man attempted to open the door, as if by sheer force of will the lock would come undone and the door would swing open. For more than minute nobody battled door, a more intense fight than the one that had occurred with the guard. With a sigh, the hooded figure slammed his head against the door, releasing a hollow knocking sound. Silence answered back.
Straightening up, he looked around, the garden was empty, though with it being the middle of the night and this being the back entrance, it came as no surprise. Unzipping the top portion of his hood, two hands came up to remove it, then throw out his ponytail. In the dim light, his single yellow eye seemed to glow, reflecting the light off a nearby lantern. Xigbar wasn't exactly worried about revealing himself, it would just be easier to move around for longer if he didn't have a face attached to him. Placing a hand against the door he pictured the hallway on the otherside. The cool stone walls, smooth, damp, and dark. Torches were placed randomly, sometimes only a few would be lit, sometimes none. The floors, stone, echoed as boots hammered against them. The freeshooter inhaled sharply, and disappeared.
A second later he reappeared, a little ways down the hall, looking back at the door. He smirked, "Still got it." It hadn't been too long since he awoke in the Graveyard. At first he couldn't even open a Doorway, let alone use his powers. Slowly they came back to him, and he was getting stronger by the minute. Turning heel he proceeded through labyrinthine corridors. His mind drifted, his thoughts swallowed up in the memories of the past.
"Haha, as if! Well don't sweat it, I got your back!"
How long had it been since he had walked the halls of Radiant Garden? This castle that belonged to Ansem the Wise. They had usurped his rule, banished him to the darkness, and then were consumed themselves. He thought they had learned all the could of the Darkness in the worlds, but apparently they were wrong. What had they missed? What more was there to learn? That's why he was here. Braig, no, Braig was long gone, Xigbar needed answers. And where better to start looking than where it started.
The Freeshooter snapped back to himself as he approached a massive double door looming before him. "Well, nothin' ventured, nothin' gained."
