Weapon: A large war-pike from his homeworld which was altered by their Earth Mages to be unbreakable during normal combat situations(ie, fighting in close quarters against enemy soldiers fighting in heavy plate armor.)
Weapons To Be Gained: Mana - Mana is a sword with a long, thin blade(thinner than your typical longsword, but much thicker than a saber or rapier) with intricate designs of black and gold running up and down the length of its blade. The handle, like the designs on the blade, is black and gold. Mana is so named because it strengthens, and usually even alters, magic that is used and channeled through it. For example, an Aero spell that is channeled through Mana would be strengthened and, for instance, could possibly even create a small whirlwind to catch enemies up in.
Fighting Style: Max is a rather versatile fighter, since his ability to manipulate water gives him access to many different options. However, typically, he fights with an "aggressive defense". He usually uses his ability to manipulate water to fight, sending small bals of compressed water flying at his enemies at high speeds. He typically only uses his spear to fight when he has to fight up close with an enemy, and then mostly to counter their attacks so he can strike back with his water abilities.
Max is, however, capable of altering his fighting style to the situation, somewhat. For instance, when faced with a larger and more powerful enemy, he will frequently fight more fluidly and dodge and weave through his enemy's attacks, rather than merely deflect or block them.
Abilities: Max has what is known on his world as magic, though it isn't truly magic. Through tiny little microscopic organisms that live inside his body, he is able to control water on a molecular level(AKA Hydrokinesis).
