Sora: -At home, pacing the dimly lit room and glaring impatiently at a glowing Christmas Tree and the neatly wrapped presents scattered underneath the evergreen- Christmas comeee. Please. -Sucks on a candy cane with a definite frown-

Naminé: *at Sora's house to drop off his present, knocks on door before entering and frowns* ...Sora, I don't think glaring at the tree is going to make Christmas come any faster. *puts present under tree and shivers*

Sora: -Whirls around at the sound of Namine- Oh... Oh, hey Namine! I didn't know it was you. -laughs and grins nervously, rubbing head before plopping down on the floor, continuing to glare at the presents- The days've been so long. I feel like I'm going insane. -Suddenly perks up, looking over at Namine- You got me a present! -Smiles like a kid-

Naminé: *giggles* Well then maybe you should find some way to entertain yourself so the day goes by faster? *quirks eyebrow at his smile, and picks present back up, hiding it behind her back* Oh, no! Don't think I'm going to let you open it early. *playfully wags finger*

[Sora]

Sora: -Frowns, confused- Um... How so? -Picks up remote control- I've been watching TV, watching the Christmas movies, but none of the men are Santa Claus, just imitations. How dumb is that? -Suddenly frowns like crazy- You're not going to let me open it now? Then why bring it so early? -Pauses, then glares- Tease.

Naminé: *smiles widely* Well, if you want to open it that badly... You'll have to come and get it! *playfully sticks out tongue before running away*

Sora: -Stares, a little taken a back, but hurriedly stands and chases after her, skidding on blue socks- This'll be too easy. -Mutters with a light-hearted smirk, chasing her through a hall- Got you! -Catches her at last by gripping the back of her dress, but slips at the sharp turn of a corner, falling hard-

Naminé: *squeaks, falling on top of Sora, face turns red* A-Are you okay?! *quickly gets off, worried* Here. you can open your present. *gives it to him*

Sora: Oof! -Gasps at the impact of Namine's body, not even having time to think- -Pauses, trying to gain some breath, but finally sits up to look at Namine and to blush furiously, looking down at the floor- Yeah. I'm good. Don't worry. -Rubs hurting stomach, before perking up at her statement- REALLY? Thanks! -Is given present, then proceeds to rip the paper to shreds- -Finally gets it open and picks it up, staring at it curiously- It's... It's...

Naminé: *finishes Sora's sentence* ...a new chain. *gently tugs at the one around his neck* This one looked like it was going to break, so I got you a new one. *smiles, hoping that he'll like it*

Sora: -Looks at it curiously then smiles warmly- I love it, thanks. -Unclasps the old chain and takes the pendant off, placing the crown pendant on the new chain and putting it back around the neck- It's perfect. -Pauses then hugs Namine gratefully and happily-

Naminé: *smiles, relieved that he likes it* I'm glad you like it. *surprised that he hugged her, but hugs back anyway* Merry Christmas, Sora. *buries face in his shoulder, attempting to hide the fact that it's red*

Sora: -Smile evolves into smirk, finally and hesitantly pulling away from Namine- I'm not letting you off so easily. You're not getting your present until Christmas. -Leans back into cupped hands, still smirking, then pretends to stretch while sneaking a peak at the clock- Only a couple more hours, and then it's time for presents...

Naminé: *frowns* Oh, so after I cave and give you your present early, you won't do the same? I see how it is. *turns away from Sora, playfully folding arms across chest while trying not to giggle* Looks like you're gonna have to find some way to entertain yourself for a couple of hours, then~

Sora: -Nods- That's right. Besides, you're more patient than I will ever be. -Suddenly frowns, watching in horror as she turns the opposite direction, not realizing it's a joke- What? You're not going to stay with me?
